one thing that kids struggle with is trying to fit in, but the thing most dont know is that it is good to be unique. The main thing "popular kids" try to do is to make you feel bad and try to be like everyone else. What is really happening though is that you are turning into a mindless drone, who will eventualy do to others what happend to you. If this happens I advise you to ingnore them, or tell them that what they are doing is wrong, because they have no right to make you feel bad and become sombody else just to suit others! So watch out for that and fight it.

P.S. On my afterthought post, i have to give the credit for that post to my scout leader who told me about that. After all i thought that my parents didn't understand me at all before, until I heard what he said.

for the parents
This post is for the parents, if your kid does something good or helpful then you should reward or recognize them by telling them that your proud of them, it can really boost their self-confidence. But some tough-love every now and then is good for them too. By the way if anybody has any comment or suggestions for my blog it would be greatly appreciated! :)

afterthought
I would like to revise my earlier statement to the teens. Even though that is how we generally feel as teens, actually most of our parents do understand us, more than we understand ourselves in fact, we are just too confused or self-absorbed to realize it. So teens and parents, just take some time to listen to each other.

here is the deal...
Ok, so here is the deal, most teen's are struggling in their lives, or are lying to you about what, or how, their doing and what kind of people their hanging out with. The reason why is because they think you will judge, get mad, or not understand them at all. this causes distrust in the family between the child and parents, which causes the teen to push away and be isolated from you guys more. One thing that can help is to actaully get them to talk and then listen without interrupting or getting too emotional, unless the situation calls for it. Another thing that can help too is to become good friends with your kids and also get to know who their friends are and what their like. well thats what I have to say for today.
